Terms of Service
Last updated: April 17, 2026
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by discoverability.STUDIO at discoverability.studio (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
discoverability.STUDIO is a boutique consultancy focused on AI visibility and discoverability for B2B brands and agencies. We are a small, founder-led practice; these Terms are written to reflect that stage—clear expectations, no unnecessary legalese.
Use of Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
- Infringe anyone else's rights or applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, forms, or infrastructure
- Introduce malware, overload, or disrupt the Site or other users
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these rules are being violated.
Informational Content Disclaimer
Content on the Site (including descriptions of services, processes, and AI discoverability topics) is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. You should rely on your own judgment and, where appropriate, professional advisors before making business decisions. We do not warrant that any particular outcome will result from reading the Site or from any future engagement.
Services / Engagements
The Site describes the types of work we offer (such as audits, clarity and structure recommendations, trust-signal guidance, and implementation support). A binding engagement—including scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines—is only created when we and a client explicitly agree in writing (for example, a signed proposal, statement of work, or email exchange that clearly confirms the material terms).
Until then, nothing on the Site constitutes an offer that you can accept to form a contract. We reserve the right to decline projects that are not a fit. Fees and scope for any paid work are as agreed in that separate documentation—not as stated generically on the Site.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents (including text, layout, graphics, and branding elements specific to discoverability.STUDIO) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business reference; you may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions for commercial use without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, discoverability.STUDIO and anyone acting on our behalf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or inability to use the Site.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site (other than liability that cannot be limited by law) will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100), if you have not paid us for such services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Third-Party Links / Tools
The Site may reference or integrate with third-party tools (for example, email delivery when you use our contact form, or hosting infrastructure). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or tools we do not control.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention where practicable.
