Introduction

discoverability.STUDIO ("we," "us") operates the website at discoverability.studio (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to be straightforward: this reflects how the Site works today, not a generic template.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

If you use our contact form to request an AI Visibility Review or to reach us, we collect what you submit:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your website URL
  • Business type (if you provide it)
  • Your message

We do not use this Site to run a newsletter or mailing list. We do not describe cookie-based advertising or analytics systems on this Site beyond what your browser and our hosting environment handle as part of normal web requests (see Third-Party Services).

How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

  • Read and respond to your inquiry
  • Follow up by email regarding your request (including using your email as reply-to)
  • Operate and maintain the contact request process

We do not sell your personal information. We use submitted data only for these operational purposes unless we ask for and you give separate consent for something different (which we are not doing on this Site today).

Third-Party Services

Delivering the Site and contact flow relies on service providers. In particular:

  • Email delivery (Resend). When you submit the contact form, our systems send an email to our team using Resend. Your submission (including name, email, website, business type, and message) is transmitted through Resend's infrastructure so we can receive and reply to you. Resend processes this data under their own privacy policy and terms.
  • Hosting and infrastructure. The Site runs on cloud hosting (for example, when deployed on platforms such as Vercel). Those providers handle requests, may store security and operational logs, and process technical data needed to serve the Site. Their practices are governed by their respective documentation and policies.

We choose providers we believe are appropriate for a small professional site; we do not control their independent processing beyond our agreements with them.

Data Retention

We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records (for example, correspondence about a potential engagement). Exact retention periods may depend on where messages are stored (email inboxes, backups). If you want deletion of information you submitted, contact us using the details below and we will handle your request in line with applicable law.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. If you wish to exercise a right or ask a question about your information, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
